MISSION LAKSHYA is an innovative and unique programme designed to provide practical Self Defence skills for real world situations in a fun and family-friendly environment. It provides a safe training environment where people of all ages and abilities can develop to their full potential and test the effectiveness of their skills. The tactics and skills taught in MISSION LAKSHYA will ensure that a student has a higher probability in obtaining a positive outcome, whatever the situation might be. This program is focused on learning practical Self Defence while building strength, flexibility and endurance.

Our Self Defence program teaches realistic Self Defence skills that are easy to learn, simple, effective, and address the problems we face today. Personal safety awareness, reality-based training, reality-based scenarios, adrenaline response, and situational awareness are just a few of the topics we cover.  Our program also teaches you to defend yourself against common attacks both hand-to-hand and weapons.  We use scenario-based training where students get a hands on feel for what a Self Defence situation is like and also teach you preventing and responding to such situations. You will learn practical, proven Self-Defence skills effective against real life attacks that will make you safer and more secure.

Under this Programme, You will learn the followings

  • Learn how to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter.
  • Learn how to use your entire body as a weapon.
  • Learn how to defend yourself against common attacks and strike back to escape.
  • Enhance your awareness of your surroundings
  • Learn Conditioning drills to build strength and endurance.
  • Learn to adapt to the changing nature of Self Defence scenarios
  • Gain confidence through hands-on experience of situational threats

It requires regular practice to make these techniques spontaneous and effective.

Eligibility Criteria

Any girls/women can join and learn Self Defence. The Participants must be above 13 years old.
